All our interventions is unearthed outside what we call the Roundtable

People do not want to talk, whether at the local or national level, distrust and hatred between different groups, whether over politics, economics, religion or other allegiances, prevents societies from living in peace, so we bring people together across dividing lines to discover and achieve shared goals. We work with those traditionally in power and those without a platform, often women and youth.

DIALOGUE

DIALOGUE

We empower local people to build peace by bringing them together, providing them with training, advice and support. Allowing the communities divided by conflict to find ways of resolving their differences without violence. With some creative thinking, these communities, neighbors, and families together start to discover their common humanity, and work out issues.

COMMUNITY

COMMUNITY

Investment, petty trade and aid can generate significant economic wealth and help support social development especially when carried out by women, but can also have adverse effects on local communities and economies. It is a case of peace, and prosperity in a synergy.

ECONOMY

ECONOMY

Conflict affects women, men, girls and boys in different ways, and gender inequality undermines the long-term prospects for peace and development. We help improve relations between women and men at home and in their communities, strengthening their capacity to respond peacefully to problems when they arise, and to build a peaceful future for them and their societies.

GENDER

We also offers new frameworks to address a range of institutional challenges, such as leadership development for partner CSOs, FBOs, and CBDs. Do diversity inclusion and impact evaluation in the field of peace and conflicts. We provide a variety of advisory and consulting services to non-profit organizations, governments, and corporations interested in addressing these and other organizational challenges.
